Tyler Bennett, Owner/Operator, CRA P. App
Tyler Bennett has owned and operated Appraisal Services since 2021. He is a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. He has completed various complex and nuanced appraisals throughout the course of his career and is highly knowledgeable about the real estate market.
He received his CRA designation in 2013, and has been working with Appraisal Services since 2011. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University, and is currently working towards his AACI designation.
Tyler has built a reputation for honesty, integrity, and professionalism, and his clients trust him to provide accurate and unbiased appraisals
Boyd Fleming, AACI, P. App.
Boyd Fleming received his commercial appraisal designation in 1996. He has been working in the real estate appraisal industry since 1986. His primary focus over most of his career has been all aspects of commercial real estate, including, but not limited to financing, acquisitions, expropriation, capital gains and taxation. Boyd has appears as an expert witness and has been a board member forexpropriation and arbitration hearings.
Chris Snow, Candidate
Chris started his Appraising career in 2015, working in Grande Prairie, Alberta and went on to work in Truro, Nova Scotia, before returning to St. John’s and working for Appraisal Services Ltd. He is currently a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, working towards his CRA designation. He is enrolled in the University of British Columba, where he plans to work towards his AACI.
Chris previously worked in various roles with the Newfoundland Provincial Government and Federal Government. He grew up in Bay Roberts before moving to St. John’s to attend Memorial University, where he would go on and complete a Public Administration certificate in 2008 and graduate with BA majoring in Political Science in 2013.
Carol Kean, Candidate
Carol has been working in the appraisal industry since June 2021. She graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2021 with a Certificate in Residential Valuation and is currently working towards her designation as a Certified Residential Appraiser. Prior to her appraisal career, Carol worked in the IT industry for almost 20 years as a Programmer and a Senior Systems Analyst. She has degrees Biology and Computer Science from Memorial University, and has also completed diplomas in Photography and Digital Imaging. She is excited to work in Real Estate Appraisal, and brings years of professional experience and versatility to the team.
Madison Power, Office Administrator
Madison Power has worked as Office Administrator for Appraisal Services since 2022. In her day-to-day she manages calendars, coordinates inspections, and ensures things run smoothly at the office.
